02 — Creative process
One aspect of this promotion I'm particularly proud of is email 2, which persuades the customer to choose their own bundle based on their skill level.
We were limited by a lack of segmentation flexibility, so I created a workaround to help the customer self-select into the bundle they felt could help them where they are and help them progress.
